Vitality Herbs and Clay Return Policy

Clear and simple, we will gladly accept returns on any used or unused product for a full refund. If the product being returned is due to a product or shipping error on our part, we will also cover the shipping costs for the return of the product(s). If you find after receiving the product(s), that they simply don't work for you, tastes as good as you had hoped :), or test well for your constitution, or if you just did not like the color of the label, then the cost of return shipping will be yours.

In most cases, refunds will be made with a company check unless specified otherwise, mailed out within 24-48 hours of package receipt. Please write a note in the return package with your contact info and where to send the check along reasons for the return. This will streamline the process and assist us to provide better service.
