The Bottom line
The most rapid path to regaining lost health involves three basic physical measures along with a clearly defined, emotionally engaging image of your ideal state of health and a commitment to do all that it takes to get there. Here is an outline of these 5 basic aspects of creating the health that you desire.
A. Define an Emotionally-Engaging Image of Your Ideal State of Health
Without this image you will not succeed.
The truth is this image, connected to a deep emotional commitment, is more important than any physical measure toward gaining health that you might take.
This image is your lighthouse amidst the fog of habits, social norms, misunderstandings about diet (which will be gained gradually over time) as well many other temptations common to life on earth today.
Here’s how to create and utilize your image to the fullest potential:
a) Connect to your soul and the infinite stream of unformed potential.
b) Let an image of your ideal state of health bubble up from the innermost depths of your being.
c) Enrich the image with as much detail as you can.
d) Associate the image to a brief descriptive phrase (as in “I choose to live in a state of vibrant health”).
e) Create a simple drawing to symbolize the purpose of this image (i.e., the state of health you are able to commit to at this point).
a. I like to make a circle on paper (or on my hand) and draw a simple figure in the circle (like bird wings symbolizing soaring freedom or the letters “VH”).
f) For a few moments, live the image with all the emotional flavor you can impart to the experience.
g) Then impart the pattern of this “emotional image” into the act of drawing this symbol.
h) From now on, every time you touch or draw this symbol this emotional flavor will return strengthening your resolve.

j) Since currently held perspectives have created the health condition you now have, unless significant changes are made in your inner expectations, attitudes and beliefs related to diet and health, you will not succeed. This is no small suggestion. Do not underestimate the importance of this part of your process. Love all of your inner resistance into a transformation. Make this an everyday practice until your dream is fully manifest in the physical then continue with the practice to take your dream to even greater heights.
B. Commitment to the Dream
Turning dreams into reality requires changes in both perspective and lifestyle. You will develop new skills and mark off in new directions. You will pass through old thresholds of limiting habits, naturally losing interest in them. You will open yourself to new ideas and greater possibilities. You may even find yourself choosing a few new friends or changing your occupation or taking a course to further your skills.
Commitment to a positive course of action with a willingness to make necessary lifestyle changes is essential to your ultimate success. As obstacles or inner resistances show up, go back to The Gentle Art of Self-Healing process until you are at peace inside and can live in a state of knowing.
C. Three Physical Components Essential to Building Dynamic Physical Health
Your inner and the outer worlds always track each other. In the inner world we contemplate the dream and make constant internal shifts. In the physical world, we make moment-to-moment decisions and take inspired physical actions consistent with the requirements of the physical.
To build dynamic health, the following three physical measures, accomplished all at once, are essential to your success:
1. Detoxify the offending substances – this means remove the chemicals, heavy metals, radiation and, if possible, the metallic and plastic gadgets interfering with normal body processes. Reduce the bacterial, viral and parasitic loads in the body (which are indicators telling you that your biological terrain is out of balance).
2. Nourish the body to the max with whole earthen resources – this means: first give your body the fullest range of nourishment from earthen super-foods then consider what other food you may still want to eat.
a. As an essential component of this point, the diet that you choose is crucial to your overall success, so choose wisely. If your health is already on the edge, your food combining practices must be impeccable – no room for compromises, yet still with each compromise greater wisdom will be gained from the discomfort that it may cause.
3. Build system strength. This means, improve the functioning of your immune system, digestive system, cardiovascular system, etc. so they can once again perform the tasks they were designed to perform. The best ways to build system strength are multifold. Here are some of the most effective:
