We will accept returns on any product ordered within the last 45 days. If the product being returned is due to a product or shipping error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs. If you find that after receiving the product(s) that they simply don’t work for you or taste as good as you had hoped or test well for your constitution, then the cost of shipping is your responsibility. There is a 20% restocking fee for unopened products and a 50% for opened.

Vitality Herbs & Clay will not issue credit for any merchandise beyond 45 calendar days from date of the invoice.
Unopened items may be returned for a 80% refund. Opened products may be returned for a 50% refund.
No return can be accepted without our prior authorization. Each returned product must have an RMA number. We will refuse unauthorized returns.
Any items shipped to an improper address due to failure to contact us for return information are not our responsibility to refund or reship.
Returned product(s) will be fully inspected and evaluated before a refund is issued.
