Radiation Detox Program
Suggested 1 Month Amounts
Sacred Clay: 2 lbs./mo. – 2 tbsp. or 24 caps./day
Sacred Clay: 8 lbs./mo. – 32 baths at 1/2 cup each
Optional:
Add Black Beauty to the bath: 2 lbs./mo. – 32 baths at 1/8 cup each; when adding Black Beauty, Sacred Clay can be reduced by half; therefore, the Bath Kit for 1 month is 4 lbs. Sacred Clay & 2 lbs. Black Beauty (1/4c SC + 1/8c BB/ bath). Amounts may be increased based on levels of exposure.

What You Eat Matters
Foods that must be avoided since they weaken the effectiveness of your immune system:
Sugars & and other sweeteners (except for Licorice Root Powder & Stevia Green Leaf Powder), Candida promoting foods and food combinations, acidifying foods and drinks (colas, coffee, bottled fruit juices ─ except unsweetened cranberry), breads, fried foods, corn & potato chips, nuts and nut butters, etc.).
An Overview Note Regarding Candida:
Eat no yeast in any form; oils thicken the blood, so insulin can’t move the sugars (that is why one should not combine any carbohydrate with any oils, as raising glycemic levels feeds yeast infections and otherwise severely offends one’s health).
If you do not have a caseien allergy, soak your grains in whey overnight (this helps predigest the grains). Candida feeds on heavy metals, all forms of carbohydrates/sugars and on fats.
Not feeding the Candida and focusing on detoxifying and nourishing the body are essential to reducing Candida pathology levels. When you get cravings, ingest vitalite for energy and especially lots of Earth and Sea Greens to reduce cravings.
Healthful eating begins with proper food combining. ─ most importantly:
a) Do not combine oils/fats (including nuts/nut milks/nut butters) with sweets, fruits or starches (breads, grains, potatoes, squash, etc.; though avocado with brown basmati, black and red rices and quinoas are OK
b) Do not eat deep fried foods (i.e. chips, fried chicken, etc.) ─ avoid all trans fats
c) Cook or stir fry with coconut oil, or ghee but not with olive oil (or any other oils)
d) Do not consume canola oil at all (a GMO oil) or soy oil
e) Do not eat bananas (radon used to ripen)
f) Do not eat nuts or nut butters
g) Do not do liver cleanses with olive oil and a fruit juice or honey (produces massive Candida overgrowth)
h) Wheat, barley, and rye are mostly GMO influenced grains: thus the cause of gluten sensitivities, celiac, etc.
i) Corn, soy, beets & tomatoes are also likely to be contaminated with GMO influences
j) Do not consume pasteurized dairy or dairy from cows that are fed grains or GMO alfalfa
k) Add Sacred Clay and Ancient Mineral Blend to your coffee (if you cannot avoid drinking it) to absorb chemicals, alkalize it and moderate its stimulant effect
