Hyssop is one of Nature's most effective deep organ cleansers, cleansing heat & toxins from the deep areas that common cleansing programs cannot reach, except through extensive water fasts.
Hyssop and other members of the mint family also support digestion, respiratory function, circulation, immune response, and the removal of parasites.

Ingredients: Hyssop, Peppermint, White Oak Bark, Nettle Leaf, Jiaogulan, Lemon Balm, Lemon Grass, Spearmint
Recommended Low Level Cleanse: 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon per 8 oz. of hot water. Steep for 4-20 minutes. Reheat if desired or add ice. Consume once or twice per day for mild cleansing and immune system enhancement.
Recommended High Level Cleanse: Add 1 cup of the herbal blend to 1 gallon of freshly boiled water. Steep 20 minutes. Consume 1/2 to 1 gallon of the tea in one day, hot or iced. Continue the cleanse for 1-3 days repeating the above instructions each day.
Add lemon and/or lime to further increase the cleansing and laxative effects.
The tea is slightly sweet and slightly bitter (stimulating cleansing bile). Licorice Root is a suitable companion improving the tonification of the adrenals that support the neutralization of toxins. Licorice in moderation is safe, but not in quantities of more than 1/2 tsp. daily if taken over a prolonged period.
Take clay baths each day to remove toxins being cleansed. Moderate the diet as desired to enhance the cleansing & immune building effects. Refrigerate any remaining amounts for the next day.
If detox reactions take place, take clay baths more often (even 2-4 times per day), and discontinue, or reduce the quantity or strength of the tea.
Note:Hyssop Mint Tea consumed in large amounts for several days can be dehydrating due to its cleansing effects. This is less so for moderate amounts of one or two cups per day.
With the more intense cleanses, best to drink the greater amounts of the Hyssop Mint Tea for 3-5 days then off for 2-3 days while replacing it with the consumption of pure water. Take daily clay baths (which also hydrates the body and draws out the toxins being released from the body).
Be advised: Hyssop purges heat from the deep tissues of the body. In the process the body warms up, especially at night. Drinking more than two cups per day can promote night sweats, which is one of the ways the body releases toxins safely during nighttime rejuvenation.
