Begin with 1/4 measured teaspoon (1.25 ml) in water, green drink or tea. Wait 5+ minutes to see how uplifted you feel with that amount.
Then add a second 1/4 tsp. (1.25 ml) every few minutes until the desired level of energy, focus, and alertness is achieved.
Additional degrees of energy, blood circulation, and mental acuity tend to develop over the course of the next 15-30 minutes, then remain stable for several hours, serving as a foundation of stamina and mental clarity for your daily activities.
