Origins
By the Summer of 2022, enough revelation and investigation by scientists possessing the courage to discuss the unpopular, and shared their true findings about the nature of events at the time, that I felt compelled to make more than just immune system and health recommendations.
It was time to develop formulas designed to offset some of the issues showing up within clients, family, and friends.
Wisdom From Nature
Knowing the broad spectrum benefits of a singular herb that is able to span several body systems at once to provide restorative benefits, it was not difficult to assemble a synergistic complement of herbs capable of addressing numerous areas of health at once.
After all, the situation the world was in was complex, so it required a multifaceted approach within each new formula, yet with the potency able to make as much of a difference as possible.
Requirements
At the time, and even more so today, being able to remain calm, centered, optimistic, and focused on action steps that address what can be improved upon, is central to managing the stresses of daily life.

So, enhancing one’s capacity to manage a growing number of life stressors became a priority, yet it also had to support the immune system manage its own responsibilities under high loads of immune stress.
Birth
As a result, Stamina! (now Serenity Plus) was born. Hidden within the complement of herbs built into this formula, were influences for immune system strengthening, circulatory and digestive benefit, nutrient assimilation, hormonal harmonization, energy enhancement, and of course, calming within oneself amidst the high stress load of life at such an unusual time on Earth today!
Stamina! was my first attempt to uniquely address the support requirements of the times, beyond the already existent product line prior to 2020.
For obvious reasons, what was said about a new or old product, had to be spoken with discretion, and some things could not be said at all.
Yet, the benefits of Nature’s provisions remained, whether spoken of or not! So Stamina! was produced under the guise of its energy promotion characteristics, and less of its primary targets, being immune system support and stress relief.
Rebirth
Today, it is time to rename this dynamic formula to point out its greatest and most obvious feature — the opening of the heart energy — leading to a natural expansive shift in how one feels while facing the issues of life common to us all.
More tolerance of differences, more compassion for others, and a more coherent approach to life in general, are a few of the solutions to the issues of the day.
Effective approaches to achieving such ideals are Nature’s specialty! Her assistance toward change within ourselves — produces results of complementary changes within the corner of the world within which each one lives.
Together, each individual improvement becomes influential as catalysts for even greater changes globally.
It all begins with how we each “feel” inside — about ourselves, about others, about the world.
Thus, the new name for Stamina!, still with the same formula as before, has been dubbed “Serenity Plus”, in recognition of its multiple areas of benefit, yet with a focus on its central benefit, being a shift in how we “feel” about the circumstances that we each find ourselves in.
What we need most today is a kind, compassionate, yet proactive approach to personal, family, community, and global situations as they develop.
Getting in such a mood is easier when supported by Nature’s own biological solutions for helping us to manage the challenges (opportunities) presenting themselves today for our consideration.
Therefore, Serenity Plus will take its seat, front and center, in our lineup for the primary purpose of helping us to open our hearts to each other, speak more authentically, more compassionately, and take more proactive steps in a positive direction, with “community” central to our approach.
