Climbing the mountains in search of new clay deposits and excavating a ton or two of clay from the ground with a shovel and bucket (until approval is provided by the Forest Service to use heavy equipment), requires a lot of physical stamina. On days like this I am certain to bring along our Vitallite Clay.
By mixing Vitallite Clay in water along with some Sacred Clay or Mineral Manna I am providing my body with a steady supply of mineral electrolytes to extend the working power of my muscles. It is the Vitallite in the mineral blend that gives me my second wind when I begin to tire.
A swig of the mineral water and I can feel my energies perking up over a few minutes time and I am good to go for another 30 minutes to an hour.

Other Secrets to Physical Stamina Like Diet, Hydration, and Herbal Support
Of course there are other factors that play a significant role in physical stamina as well, like watching the diet carefully for a day or two before the workout. I will limit breads/pastas (weakening), concentrated sugars (weakening), cheese, meat, and nuts (heavy on the digestive tract), and limit liquid oils (a favorite viral food source and a challenge to the liver/gall bladder and spleen/pancreas for many).
Meanwhile I will increase potatoes, squash, beans, vegetables, seeds, sprouts, avocados, soups, and salads with tahini dressing. I will go moderate on the fruits so as to keep my spleen in good functioning order, since a weak spleen can result in chronic fatigue.
I will also make sure I am fully hydrated with pure mineralized water early in the morning (at least a quart or more of mineralized clay water first thing in the morning which will provide hydration for most of the day).
I will eliminate coffee on those days (to prevent the two hour crash and reduce body acidity which would only compound the lactic acid buildup in the muscles).
I will instead consume green, black, twig, or yerba mate teas during the workout phase (which provide a more stable long term energy), but only enough to complete the task and get home, because adrenal stimulus that is not being burned off by exercise (i.e. office work) will push the spleen overboard, increase viral loads from cortisol excesses, and promote chronic fatigue the next day.
I will limit yerba mate for workout days only, as this tea is harder on the spleen than even coffee, and is responsible for more chronic fatigue among the mate consumers than many realize (I learned this the hard way!).
I will also prepare 5 hours in advance of the anticipated end of the workout day by consuming adaptogenic herbs (for 5 hours of stamina), and green superfood blends for cellular nutrition, oxygenation, and increased alkalinity (to offset the lactic acid buildup). What is a normal serving amount of Vitallite?
Most will notice improved energy and well being from 1/4 teaspoon (1 capsule) or more. A 1/2 teaspoon amount (2 capsules) provides an even greater level of energy and is typically sufficient for most people. Some prefer 1/2-1 teaspoon (2-4 capsules) for an ideal effect.
Some have experimented with 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon with varying effects from an uplifting, tingling effect throughout the body to a sedating effect necessitating a short nap (this is more likely if the body is in great need of rest due to hyperactivity, chronic stress, or lack of sleep).
The larger amounts are interesting, but not necessary to achieve several hours of improved vitality and mental focus.
How long can I expect Vitallite to provide energy and mental focus?
The sustaining effects seem to range from 2-5 hours to all day for some from a single serving (unless one is engaged in heavy workout which will be much shorter).
If a typical afternoon sluggishness returns, a second serving at that time tends to lift the spirits and the energy levels once again. For this reason it is recommended to add Vitallite to both your morning hydrating quart of mineral water and again throughout the day (but not just before bed as it may keep some awake).
Will Vitallite help me stay awake while driving long distances?
Up to the point in which your body says “enough”, Vitallite tends to assist drivers at staying awake and alert. At some point fatigue will still set in depending on your body’s ability to handle the stress of driving and its true need for rest. At the point where you notice that another sip of Vitallite Clay Water does not improve alertness, immediately pull off the road for rest, or be sure to change drivers. Clay ormus tends to adapt your body to its stresses, but will encourage the body's natural tendency for a proper amount of rest when pushed too far.
Will Vitallite keep me awake at night at home when I want to sleep?
For those with stressed or exhausted adrenals, the stimulating effects of Vitallite will keep you awake at night. It is best to take your last amount of Vitallite 3-5 hours prior to desired sleep. This insomnia effect is less likely to show for those whose adrenals are functioning well enough to turn off the cortisol at night and turn on the melatonin from your pineal gland, regardless of the day’s stress.
FYI, most people will tend to be more sensitive to insomnia during times of a full moon, or from excessive worry. At such times Vitallite is more likely to keep people awake if taken too close to bed.
Vitallite may be taken with health supplements and food (this clay makes them more bioavailable).
Precaution: Our general recommendation is to separate the taking of a clay from chemical medications by at least 2 hours (taken together the clay will absorb toxic chemicals, thereby reducing the medication's effectiveness. While 1/4 teaspoon of a clay is less likely to have much of an effect on a drug unless taken at the same time, the precaution deserves to be mentioned, especially if combined with other clays as in the Clay Water Mineral Drink. If drug withdrawal symptoms are noticed, discontinue the Clay Water Mineral Drink and consider alternatives.
Be particularly cautious if you are on antidepressants, pain killers, or blood pressure drugs as these are some of the most addictive and harmful of the pharmaceuticals. Withdrawal side effects are possible if taken too close together. If withdrawal is noticed from take the clays, extend the time between the med and the clay, or discontinue the clay altogether.
