Life Chats: What Does Ascension Really Mean in Practical Terms?

Today's Life Chat focuses on the practical aspects of ascension, how it takes place, and what we each must “see’ in order to qualify for the experience.

Dec 31, 2022 – A New Year’s Eve Message

Michael: The claim is, that we are opening the door to an accelerated move toward ascension beginning January 2023. From your perspective, is this the case? If so, why now, more so than previously, and what does ascension really mean in practical terms?

Aelabah: These are important questions for the time period you are going through. Yes, a transition is underway. We are not involved in making that happen for you, but we are observing you closely to see where you will go with this.

This upward shift in frequency and experience is inevitable. It is “in the winds”, so to speak. You are flowing within a current that will take you to a resting place in another dimension of living – if you remain attuned to the changes that this current brings.

Freewill choice remains paramount. Some will choose to flow to the resting destination, others will work their way onto another journey, as if on foot.

We have no preference for you in this choice, as all avenues remain open for souls to choose their own destiny. This is in each soul’s best interest, for evolution through experience is a personal matter.

Ascension

You ask what is ascension.

It is lifting the veil. It is seeing more than you see today.

It is registering a new thought about what is possible for you to have and to experience.

It is seeing yourself for the first time in a new, more all inclusive way. By this I mean, you see yourself connected to your “otherselves” that stand before you.

These are your brothers and sisters that have taken this journey with you. These are the elemental kingdom, and the plant kingdom, and the mineral kingdom that share your new reality now.

You feel your connection with all of life, your familial relationship with all that is.

The experience is unmistakably clear – not a doubt in your mind of this relationship, this kinship, this oneness.

You see your part in the play. You recognize the role that you have been playing is also one that blends harmoniously with the roles of your otherselves.

You see how each part supports the roles that other parts play. There is synchronicity, harmony, and purpose to the intertwining of each member of the “Team”.

You are not alone anymore. You are interrelated in all that you do. Your voice matters.

Your thoughts add flavor and insight to the thoughts of others. Ideas combine to organize a more beautiful dream, for dreams hold the powers that make tangible, physical events appear in observable form.

What makes this new reality different from the one you already experience? The difference is one of perception. You see more of what already is, even now.

All that I have just described is as true today as it will be when you finally “see” it. Nothing will have changed but your perception of it.

It is already there all around you and within you. The harmony, the synchronicity, the beauty. It is all there for you to engage with, even now.

So do not think that some event is going to sweep you off of your feet and take you to a far away never never land where all of your troubles will disappear and you will live happily ever after.

It does not work like that. It is much more complex, more realistic, more practical.

And you will have to choose your way from the beginning to the end.

This will never change.

Failure to see the beauty that surrounds you now, will dull your vision of the grand beauty that you are heading toward.

Failure to see the connection between you and your most troubling relationship, will prevent you from seeing, feeling, and appreciating every moment in your new reality with beings that come in all shapes and sizes, all manner of orientation, and with experiences that differ widely from your own.

You will not see the unity within the Grand Design for All Life until you see the gifts in every troubling circumstance you have ever lived through.

Ascension means lifting the veil, seeing what is true that was previously unseen.

Michael: Thank you. In light of the divisions in families and relationships of all kinds today, I see how far humanity has to go to materialize the ascension experience. We have our work cut out for us.

With this "wind" at our backs, I believe many more of us will take up the call and do the inner work that it takes to "lift the veil" and see what has been there from the beginning. 

Why is this New Year bringing a more accelerated movement toward ascension relative to prior years, including 2012 when so many expected a significant shift to happen then?

Aelabah: This was not expected to happen then, even though your modern day prophets claimed it to be the signpost year for change to the positive. 

The "winds" spoken of had begun to blow long before that year, and had been blowing for centuries prior, even thousands of years. But humanity was not in a "receptive mood" for the biggest changes to occur in the lifting of the veil. 

This was due to the straightjacket humanity had been in for so long, for to see more of the picture of life would have meant living close to nature in the woods, as many of your "seeing" prophets had done.

The Industrial Age deprived you of this grand opportunity. 

So there was not another option than for you to "see" the harm given to you by industrial living and technological advancements first, before the majority of humanity would begin the thrust toward a more agrarian style of living – self-reliant, and cooperative at the same time.

It does not mean all technology is to be avoided. It, again, is all about perception. Does it promote harmony and elevated thinking?

Many of those who lived close to the natural world could see the deception in the way technology was being used, and chose to use it in ways that built community and a deeper understanding of life in the greater sense.

Others using technology for selfish aims had to rely on deception to convince the masses of its benefit, and lure them into the enslavement that it brought. 

Otherwise humanity would have rebelled against the use of such if it meant the loss of their close connection to the land, and to a quiet, deeply felt relationship with nature.

The deceptions have come full circle now. The masses of humanity are fleeing its use for destructive ends and focusing its use for the greater benefit of others.

It is all the more popular to teach people now how to garden, store food for survival, design new devices for energy, travel, finance, etc.

Technology will be required to decompress humanity from its dependance on its destructive forms. 

Yet the awakening has begun in such measures that the "winds" that have taken you thus far are able to blow more forcefully.

Your hearts and minds are more focused now on building community and helping people recover from the damage done to themselves by trusting "others" and their technological deceptions, rather than fielding the evidence of obvious harm and avoiding it altogether.

Your newfound motivation is clearing the way for the "winds" to lift you higher without the resistance of fear and doubt previously embedded in your everyday lives. 

So, once again, you are saving yourselves from further harm by speaking up and taking actions to change the paradigm you have previously helped to create. 

The winds of change are now free to blow all the harder. 

Well done! Your challenges have been great, and seemingly unsurmountable, yet you are finding ways to change the tide and your success looms on the horizon.

We cheer you on and support you with our optimism, for we too have shared these same challenges and overcome them, thus leading to our evolution and an inevitable ascension. 

This is your opportunity to do the same.  Be steadfast in your purpose. "See" the fullness of your dream fully realized, and the "winds" will blow even harder to help you to achieve this aim.
