1). Sacred Clay Bath Kit -1.5 lbs. Sacred Clay / 1 lb. Black Beauty
Sacred Clay internally: 1 tbsp. per day in water over the course of the day and night.
Reserve 6 oz. (1 cup) Sacred Clay for internal use. Provides 15 servings.

Sugar concentrates like granulated sugars & artificial sweeteners (opt for Licorice Root Powder or Stevia Green Leaf Powder when appropriate, or local raw honey when fats are not being consumed). Sweeten with fruit when practical.
Acidifying foods and drinks (colas, coffee, bottled fruit juices ─ except unsweetened cranberry).
deep fried foods (chips, fries, etc.)
